Gap Power

I’ve decided to abandon the piston models I’ve built as there just isn’t enough return torque for the design. I’m starting with a linear model like the one developed by Art Porter (http://gap-power.com/) By the way, for all intents and purposes, this is an Over Unity device. Great job Art.

Breakthrough

I started just experimenting with strictly magnetic powered motors. It turned out to be impossible to get one running using that method. I even built one of James Roney’s stators and tried it on the arm of the mechanism. Sadly, to no avail. Then it occurred to me as I was making a video describing my… Read More »

Forum Open

I’ve opened the Magnetic Motors Forum to share ideas and to offer free technical drawing to those who want them. Not sure how many will take me up on my offer, but it’s there none the less. http://maginvent.com/forum/

Planning a Forum

I’ve surfed the web trying to find a forum where serious discussions about these motor prototypes can actually be discussed without the fringe conspiracy types diluting the exchange of information. I’m sure it’ll take a while to become even the slightest bit popular, but I’m hoping to attract those who are serious about getting these… Read More »

Monty’s Concept

My dear friend and supporter Monty made a suggestion about my small rail gun prototype at http://maginvent.com/2016/04/13/rail-gun-magnetic-drive-possibility/ After his comments, I went back and considered the possibility even though I hadn’t even built the first one yet. Basically what he said was “You might want to place your drive magnets in a slight arc also.”… Read More »

Drawings

Each one of my prototypes will be proceeded by a scale drawing. They are free to download and if needed, make whatever modifications you wish to them. Just let me know what modifications you might have made and the end result of those modifications please. If you want to have your concept drawn, I’ll be… Read More »

V-Gate Concept

Here is my modified design for the V-Gate using a single stater. It’s a bit sturdier than the original. I haven’t had time to build one yet, but hope to before the summer is over. Below are the plans. Drawing link in PDF
