Hi, I’m Tim Davis and I love to tinker.
To Tinker: The act of mending, repairing, improving, or developing a concept through experimentation.
Yep, that’s me. A tinkerer. When I first heard of the possibility of a motor that was self sustaining, I was intrigued. Who wouldn’t be? The possibilities alone would free our world from pollution and maybe even possibly poverty. Magnets and magnetism have been around forever. It’s not a new force, yet it has been a mystery that to date, hasn’t been unlocked. There is something here that’s yet to be untapped. I believe that untapped “something” is useful energy to power our world. And I believe that this power will be only limited to our imagination.
My background isn’t in science per se, but I do have a background in engineering, industrial process, and architecture. I know how to figure things out in order to make them work. I’m also a fully trained general drafter and designer. This blog is intended as a place to share ideas. I’ll create drawings of a concept I’ve come up with and then post them here in my articles. You are free to download these drawings and try to improve on them if you wish. The only thing I ask is that you keep me in the loop if you are using my concepts.
Some years ago, I made a video on YouTube mentioning a need for a clockwork mechanism. I finally found one that will work. Click the image to find out more.
